NIS 2006 - UK download when?

NIS 2006 can be downloaded from the US Symantec site but doesn't allow
international orders. Is it likely to be available from the UK Symantec site
before the box version ships or do I have to wait til then (Oct. 17th
apparently) ?

Why brother with Norton when their are far better and cheaper anti
virus solutions out their !
