Nimbus Data has built 100TB capacity SSD

The company says the DC100 will utilize 3D NAND flash memory and provide enough capacity to store 20,000 HD movies or 20 million songs. It is capable of reading and writes speeds up to 500MB/s.

This drive is insane! I want one so bad. How much do you think it will cost? I'm guessing one thousand dollars.
