HOW DO I DOWNLOAD RAW FILES FROM THE D70, I HAVE THEM DOWNLOADED TO PICTURE
PROJECT, BUT CANNOT MOVE THEM OR ADJUST THEM INTO MY PHOTO IMPACT 8, DO I
NEED A SPECIAL SOFTWARE...???...DRH
 
First, please don't post using all capital letters. Not easy for us to read.
A real pain.
Second, you have a Nikon D70 (nice camera) and using RAW files (do you have
a reason for using RAW files or are you just playing with this?). Did you
read the Nikon manual about RAW files and how you can open them with your
Nikon software and NOTHING else unless the software you want to open them
with has the capability to open your Nikon RAW files? So, you use Photo
Impact 8, does it have the capability of reading RAW files from your Nikon
camera? I don't think so. Why don't you read RAW files with your Nikon
software?
