Nickname utility

In KB article Q318827, it is stated that new nickname.exe
has been created with date 28 March 2002, ver 2.0.0.,
size 49,152kb.

Only the nickname utility for Outlook 200o seems to be
availabe, the new one is not to be found on the MS site.

Any idea where i can get it from?
