Yeah, I found that out when I tried to use the CD TrayPal app, but I keep a
junk email address just for this kind of download.:-)

You would be better off installing a news server if you want to save
messages, much easier in the long run.

Go to <http://www.newsreaders.com/> and you shall find many.
