NIC configuration

I have two term servers with dual NIC's. Both are only running 2k server
(not advanced server). I would like to configure one NIC to only recieve and
one NIC to Send. Is this possible?and how?

By default both NICs will receive traffic but only one of them is used for
sending traffic. This is based on the routing table and whether both NICs
are on same subnet or different subnets.
