Hi all,
I installed Vista X64 Ultimate on my DFI Lanparty NF4 Ultra-D. I was havind
troubles updating the legacy nf4 raid drivers to the new nf4 drivers so I
decided to reinstall.
I janked out my raid-0 array and now I have 2 disks, 1 sata 250Gb hitachi
and 1 sata 160Gn seagate.
I installed Vista and now i't has installes the sata controllers as
'standard dual channel pci ide', I still can't update to the nvidia
15something sata drivers without Vista craching on reboot and my
diskperformance is nog 5.3 whilst with the legacy nf4 drivers it was
5.9!!!!!!!
This irritates the bloody something out of me and I wonder where NVidia had
it's head whilst developing their drivers.
Anyway, that's about enough crap for one post...... to the question now
Has anyone else seen this on their NF4 boards? sata controller detected as a
standard dual channel bladiebla?
How do I get my performance back?
