In the next release of Microsoft AntiSpyware will there be
an option to remove and BLOCK in the same action?

I doubt it.

If you are seeing what appear to be continuous or periodic (frequent)
attempts to reinfect, my current understanding is that you are still
infected--something running on your system is trying to put the pieces back
together again.

You need to get rid of what is left--If Microsoft Antispyware and your
antivirus aren't finding anything with full, deep scans in safe mode--then
I'd go to HijackThis and a forum for that purpose, or Ron Kinner's services.
