Next Itteration .NET Framework?

Hi,

Been trying to find some information about the next itteration of the
..NET Framework. I can find information about the next VB.NET release,
which includes edit-and-continue, but I don't see any mention of what
or when the next release of the .NET framework will be.

Anyone have any information on this? Curious people want to know!

the next iteration is 1.2....
i have the my hands on the PDC release of whidbey and the framework... just
need a machine to chuck it on....
search the net for whidbey and 1.2 should have lots of info...
 
Longhorn will be released after the next version of .NET will be released.
Btw, Longhorn is an OS.
