Can anyone recommend a good free/best newsreader for a multi user
environment.

I am concerned about privacy as other have access to the pc I use

Stick with the one you've got and password protect the folder it lives
in.

Yes i can do that but I need other people that use the pc to have access to
use the newsreader too.

OK. Copy the Dialog folder somewhere else for yourself, leaving the
original for the other users. Use a folder lock app to keep it secure. I
don't think you lose any functionality at all by copying Dialog all over
the place.
Same with Free Agent and Pimmy, but if you are happy with Dialog then
stick with it.
