Hi all

I'm trying to create a slide where newspaper headlines spin in (think 30s
movie) using 2003 and I would really apprecite some advice. So far I added a
picture of the headline and the animations:
fast pinwheel entrance
very fast spin emphasis after previous repeated twice & counter clockwise
fast grow emphasis with previous to 400%

It looks great except if I make the headline small enough then when it grows
it looks rubbish even though it looks good at that size 'normally'. I'm
coming at it from the wrong angle no doubt, but my head is beginning to
spin...

Any suggestions?

Lucy :-)

Hi Lucy,

"Grow" only makes the pixels of the image grow, thus the bad look. Insert
the headline in the final size. As the first animations apply Exit -
Disappear, Shrink to 25% (very fast), Entrance - Appear. Then apply the spin
animations. Thus the shrinking is invisible, but you get better quality when
it grows afterwards.

Best regards,
Ute

Worked a treat - thank you :-)

I just love this newsgroup...
