Yes - the Beta is currently supported by a number of private newsgroups.
If you look at
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/64bit/
you will see a link to
Trial Software Now Available
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/64bit/downloads/upgrade.asp
which has a link to
Join the Newsgroup on the right hand side
