Newsgroups with Outlook?

Can I connect to these newsgroups with Outlook? Outlook Express is
easy to connect, I do not see an option with Outlook. Any help?

In Outlook, click on the "View" menu then "GoTo"--"News". This will launch
Outlook Express in Newsgroup mode.
