Outlook 2007, like all versions of Outlook, has no newsgroup reader, it uses
Outlook Express for that purpose. When you go to "Go|News", you are
launching OE in news only mode. To setup newsgroups in Outlook Express, go
to 'Tools|Accounts|News|Add'.

I did find it you go to tools customize the on the left select GO and on the
right find nes and drag it to the GO on the menu. it opens newsreader in
Windows Vista email
