Newsgroups in Windows Live Mail

Can anyone tell me how to find a newsreader to view these newsgroups
in Live Mail, please?
I have used Eternal September but cannot get it set up on my new PC so
I am looking for another option.

You should be able to make use of Eternal September even on a new machine.

For what it's worth, to access these newsgroups I'm using Windows Live Mail 2011 on a Windows 7 laptop and the news service is Eternal September.
