Newsgroups-Genuine Validation

I couldn't find one going through the msnews.microsoft.com server which is
Microsofts news server.

Is there a specific group I can see using outlook express as my news
reader? like this one I am posting to you
on--microsoft.public/windoesxp.basics ? It's much easier for me this wat
then going to the forum page.
 
I only looked through the newsreader service. If you are also looking
through outlook express there isn't one. You would have to use the web based
one here http://forums.microsoft.com/genuine/default.aspx?siteid=25 that
Sharon pointed to.

Just looking at the posts, the three listed aren't newsgroups. Each is a
forum where you complain to Microsoft, and the Microsoft representative is
unhelpful. I'd guess you are more likely to get help here than there.

I didn't bother clicking any of them. No NNTP then I no care (pardon the french).

Unfortunately, no. They appear to be web-based only.

I think there is going to be alot of reverberations about WGA
Notification;that was included in last week's updates,and was wanting to
follow it easily. I think that KB905474 is going to cause MS alot of
headaches.Thanks for your help,
