NEWSGROUP "SPAM" - No Such Thing. Newsgroups are public.

What is "SPAM"? Unsolicited messages? Then everyone that
post to a newsgroup is "spamming" unless they are responding
to a direct question.

What is Off Topic? Anything that isn't relevant to the
group description? Then 99% of newsgroup posters are
spammers. You've never posted an off topic comment?
You can't lie. It's archived in Google.

Links to websites are spam? Then what are those links
in your signature? OH....it's ok to "SPAM" a little bit.
As a matter of fact its ok to "SPAM" a lot because you
include those links in your signature everytime you
post.

If you want a MODERATED group, quit whining and go
join one or create one yourself.

That's funny.

Last time I checked:
Microsoft Outlook is NOT a news reader.
Microsoft Outlook Express is a news reader.

Outlook versus Outlook Express
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011169051033.aspx

Scroll down until you see "Comparing Outlook and Outlook Express".

Features ------------------------- Outlook --------------- Outlook Express
Access to NNTP newsgroups. ------ No ----------------------- Yes
Note: Although it might appear that Outlook does have newgroup support, when you open the newsreader, it
actually opens in an Outlook Express window.

So, let me ask you this:

What does spam and off topic "newsgroup" postings have anything to do with "Microsoft Outlook"?

Your post is irrelevant to this newsgroup. I'd suggest that you post this in the Microsoft Outlook Express
newsgroup.
