is there any free newsgroup reader add-in for outlook? It's not convenient

thanks!

Free, no, but there are several shareware addins you can try. See
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/news.htm for a list of addins.

Honestly though, if you read many newsgroups, OE (or the new Live Mail) are
much better NNTP clients.

There are several add-ins for Outlook, but they're not free. The most of
them can be tried for a month.

I use NewsHound for Outlook. It works fast and it's integrated in
Outlook so you can use all the utilities of Outlook. The headers or
articles are delivered in the proper folder, just like Outlook Express
does. What I like is that I can use the spell-check of Outlook.
There's also the possibility to read the news articles in HTML with
colorizing them so that you can read them easily. And also important:
the quotations are not broken anymore.
