newsgroup program

Hi all,
Maybe this question is not related to access but i dont know where to
address it

to read the news in this forum i would like to use outlook.

In my internet exployer:
Internet Option / Programs / Newsgroup

the program selected is outlook.
(altough there is also an outlook express choice)
How come outlook express is launch each time i go in the newsgroup?
Once in a while i post a message and outlookexpress freeze, i have to repair
msoffice
then erase the post then rewrit the post.

Understand why i would like to use outlook instead of outlook express?

MS is misleading you. Outlook has no newsreader. When you are in Outlook
and indicate that you want to look at newsgroups it accomplishes that by
opening Outlook Express.
