Newsgroup on Outlook 97

Is it possible to read news on outlook?
What I have to do to people can read news on the web and
outlook?

I know that outlook express I can read newsgroups, I saw
somewhere one outlook 2000 that I could go on view and
newsgroups. but there isn't here. I want to know if is
problem of configuration or instalation or it is not
available in my version.

Don't know about Outlook 2000, but that option is available in Outlook 2002;
however it just opens Outlook Express to enable newsgroup reading. Again,
Outlook Express is the newsgroup reader, not Outlook.
 
no version of outlook supports newsgroups - all use OE with the /outnews
switch.

create a shortcut:
"C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" /outnews
