Newsgroup Notification Email Link Doesn't Work

Love Music

It just cranks out a page with the correct link URL in address bar & blank
page content. I then have to pluck out the URL from Favorites, paste the
subject from the email & search the pasted.

Same for every notification email, both http links, IE & Firefox.

XP3 up to date & ZoneAlarm. No probs with any other sites, links.
 
The address needs to be changed to a working address for the vista general
web interface. You can replace
"http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/co...spx?dg=microsoft.public.windows.vista.general"
with
"http://www.microsoft.com/communitie...spx?dg=microsoft.public.windows.vista.general"
, but the search is about the same amount of trouble.

MS is aware that the "...mspx" page is broken.

Thanks. You seem to be everywhere for my questions.
Does "Please use ... guidelines" mean that I had not or is it just SOP? I
may have included another question (?) but if so it's as gone as my memory ?
