I dont know if this is proper place to ask but is there dedicated newsgroup
for VSTO 2005.

There is no group dedicated to just VSTO 2005, but this group appears to
have numerous posts on the subject:

microsoft.public.vsnet.vstools.office
 
what is your question? wrox/wily has a usergroup that handles these types of
questions as well.
