HEXUS institutes legal proceedings against Beyond 3D - Hexus.net
The URL: ' www.Beyond3D.com ' invites a reader to expect something other than editorial relating to the topic of 3D.
Following numerous conversations with Mr. Dave Baumann of Beyond3D.com we have been advised that Beyond3D.com offers nothing whatsoever 'Beyond 3D'.
We cannot find any editorial content which exclusively offers anything 'Beyond 3D' and it's apparent to our advisor's that the limitation of Mr. Baumann's offering is 3D, and only 3D, related coverage.
