News Reader option is missing

I tried to add the news reader and when I go to add it, the option is not there for news. How can I add the news reader to Outlook 2003??

I don't use 2003 but OL has never had a Newsreader. It's always used OL
Express.

Make sure Outlook Express is set to be your newsreader in Control Panel->
Internet Options-> tab Programs.

To add the button choose View-> Toolsbars-> Customize Toolbars-> tab
Commands. From the left column choose Go and on the right column choose News
and drag and drop it to your Toolbar.
