news goupes

Hi, what's going on with news groupes saying that they are
unavailable??? I try fixing my fax xp home up and when i
was going through the process it say's that i was not
going to be able to view news goupe anymore, so i said ok
what else is new. Then tried it and sure nough no news'
goupes and they are all unavailable or NEWS GOUPES ARE NOT
AVAIALABLE, is it just me?? Thanks rob.
