news feeds on today screen?

hi

is it possible to have news feeds (RSS) on the today screen of microsoft
outlook (2003) ?

if not, can someone tell me, how i can change the today screen with an
addin?
do i need VSTO for this?

absolutely...NewsGator is what I use...not to be confused with the spam
people Gator, totally different company.
