Mostly when to open the form from the source query, "qrydbs1" will list all
records, but on the opposite something happens that I need only to list none
of them and to begin one and pointer point to the new record for the begin to
add new record at the bark.

I'm not at all sure I understand... but if you want the Form to open
with the blank New Record visible, and only let you add new records,
not edit existing ones:

set the Form's Data Entry property to True.
