don't know what to do. any one else know what to do?

Please submit a suspected spyware report to spynet. (tools-
submit suspected spyware report).

Feel free to say what you've got in place and have tried,
and that it didn't work.

Once that has completed, please reboot into safe mode
logged in as administrator and run a full antivirus and
spyware (open Microsoft AntiSpyware, on the scan page
choose Scan options > Full System Scan (check the boxes
below) > click "Run Scan Now" ) scan with the latest
signatures to see if that helps.

If you only have problems with the start page and pop ups
try this quick fix for param32.dll and see if that stops
it.

Create a folder on the desktop or c/drive.Right click a
empty space and choose New > Then Folder > Name it and
save both of these into the new folder

Download Killbox :

http://andymanchesta.com/Downloads/KillBox.zip

Download Hijack This :

http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/files/hijackthis.zip

double-click on Killbox.exe

When it is open's enter

c:\windows\system32\param32.dll

into the field labeled Full path of file to delete.

Select the Delete on reboot option.

Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a
white X in it. Let it reboot.

When your computer has rebooted use hijack this,Choose to
run a system scan and save the logfile.Put a checkmark
next to the following entry:

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start
Page = http:://www.newgenlook.info/ad/ad0034/

or any other R0 or R1 entries that show newgenlook,

Once those entries are checked, close any other open
windows except Hijack This & press the Fix button.

Exit HijackThis.

Run Ccleaner and remove anything found. Then reset web
settings (Open a Internet window and goto tools on the
top bar,Then Internet Options,Goto the programs tab and
press 'Reset Web Settings'

This could remove the problem for you depending on how
much crap has installed, still run a couple of virus
scanners though to be sure its clean.

Good Luck

Andy

It appears MS have deleted my posts either that or
they've just stopped working as they were both fine when
i posted them yesterday.

It takes along time to put a reply together when someone
has a new infection and i must say its very annoying both
posts have dissapeared.

This has happened alot in the past ,If they have been
deleted whoever deleted them should of let me know if
there is a problem with the post as it makes me feel im
wasting my time when you can wipe them without notice.

Whats even more annoying is that there is many posts
above this saying they can make viruses then you delete
my post which gave clear removal instructions for the
problem that was posted ?
