3. Won one of the last eight Premier League games; 3-1, home to Hull on 11 April.

4. Won two of 23 Premier League games.

5. Failed to score in 13 of the last 18 league games, including the last three. Not netted in 270 minutes (four hours 30 minutes) of Premier League football, since Marlon King's 90th minute goal in the 3-1 victory over Hull last month.

6. Own the weakest attack in the highest league.

7. The 2-0 loss to Arsenal at the Emirates on their most recent away game on 26 April, was their 10th consecutive away league loss and equalled the longest losing league run away from home in the club's 133-year history, which was set between 31 December 1910 and 2 September 1911.

8. Last avoided an away defeat on 16 November 2008; 1-1 with Everton at Goodison Park. The most recent of their two away league victories was the previous match; 1-2, against Aston Villa on 9 November.

9. Not won a North-East Premier League derby in eight attempts since a 1-0 home victory over Newcastle on 22 October 2006.

10. Their remaining games after this are home to Aston Villa and away to West Ham.

haha well u wouldnt think newcastle would go down at the start of the season but u never kno, would be funny to see them go down hehe. prediction for the drop west brom, middlesborough and hull. What do you think rush?

Looks like the team that loses tonight will be down. If it's a draw they could both go down.
 
yh no probs, it still 1 -1 , in the second half. have to say newcastle look more likly to score tho.
 
All over, 3 - 1 newcastle only 5 mins left. I think my prediction of west brom, middleborough, and hull could be right.
 
Thats it newcastle win by 3 - 1, meanin they come out of the trap door for the time being.
 
Woohoo :D The pub really took off when we scored that 3rd goal :D

We could do with another win though (against Fulham), as I think Hull will do something surprising for their last game, as ManU will already have won the league.
 
Well i hope man u do win the league by then, but i think we just got a bit too much for hull. My bet is on newcastle to stay up.
