I´m trying to load a VB6 project into .NET and it dont
find the upgrade tool.
Where can I find the Upgrade tool?

AFAIK all versions of VS.NET have the wizard, with the possible exception of
the academic one?

To do an upgrade, simply attempt to open the VB6 project file. This will
launch the Upgrade Wizard which will walk you through the necessary steps.
