Hello,
I'm sorry if this is a redundant question. I didn't see anything that was
exactly like this.
I have a few video import questions. At work, we currently have long video
clips that I would like to sample and embed in a PP presentation at work.
Under properties, they are listed as "Movie File" and "Video File". I can't
see the file extension, so I'm not sure of the file format. What is the
difference between a movie and a video?
Also, what product would you recommend to sample the video clips. They are
long promotional movies (several minutes) and I just need a few seconds.
And last but not least, what product do you recommend to take video from a
digital camcorder (Sony MiniDV) and create movies for PowerPoint. Sony
provides ImageMixer 1.5, but it creates a *.dat file, and that doesn't seem
to be compatible.
If there are articles on this somewhere or a tutorial, could you please
point me in the right direction? I've been put on a new marketing team at
work, and I'm a tiny guppy in a great big ocean, kinda like Nemo, at the
moment.
Any information you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!!
Best regards,
freygirl
