Newbie-Update one form from within a second form

Can someone point me towards a good resource that would explain how to
accomplish updating one form from within another? From what I have found so
far my understanding is I need to define the dataset in a module. I need a
bit more detail.

If you are trying to communicate between two windows forms then you will need
to look at delegates and events. The idea is that you raise an event in form
2 from form 1 and form 2 has code to handle that event.

If your using VS 2005 you will need to be aware of the cross threading rules
concerning controls.
