The default is perfect, you should see little or no ads, it may even be
a little to tough (It stops gif animations by default)

BTW, I think your time or timezone is set incorrectly.

You can use the "default" settings forever IMO. I have used it for
years. Used it for ages with only the defaults.

IF however you choose to look at the items list you *might* prefer to
tick some things not ticked or untick some that are. Pretty simple to
do.
