I need to create a calendar that will need to be accessed by multiple
people. Currently my calendar is full of personal information and other
business information that is not relevant to the calendar data that
needs to be shared. Is there a way to save a calendar as an html
document and restrict the data that is exported by catagory or label or
do I need to create another calendar and only put the data that is
related to this task in that calendar and then export that calendar. Of
course the problem there is that I want this data in my master calendar
with all my other scheduled activities, is there a way to merge this
data back into my master calendar?

How would you guys recommend doing this???

After furious head-scratching, Sam asked this group:

Outlook 2002 or possibly 2003 I am a new employee at this company and
they are putting my computer together now so I am not really sure what
version will be running on it, yes exchange is being used but I have no
idea how exchange and outlook interact.

Thanks,

Sam

Please, always include the quoted message in your replies - it makes it much
easier to re-read your original post.

If you are using Outlook 2002 or 2003, you can use Group Schedules or simply
share your calendar in 2003. You can also use a Public Folder on Exchange.
If you detail what information you need to share and why, perhaps someone
can tell you the best or second best way to accomplish what you want to do.
A web calendar would probably be your least attractive solution.

The easiest way to share selected items from your own calendar with other
users without granting them access to your mailbox is to use a category for
those items, define a view that includes only that category and publish it
as a web page. That will be a static view; your group members can only view
it and it must be updated regularly.

The Slipstick Outlook and Exchange Resource Center has a number of more
sophisticated ways to maintain group schedules. See
http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm

Thanks for the tips, a static calendar will work but hopefully I can
figure out how to make it work with live data so that it will update in
real time.

Thanks again...
