My wife has a business and just hired an assistant. I want to set up
the computer where both my wife and the assistant can access the
calendar from their respective distant locations. The calendar is MS
Office. They both need to have access to the calendar.
I want to be able to restrict the assistant to the location of the
calendar only and not have the ability to search the computer or run
any other programs. My actual desire would be for her to log into the
PC and have the calendar start right up for her.
I was thinking of trying to use the Remote Desktop, or Net meeting.
Remote Desktop might work, but I read for Net meeting that there are a
lot of ports I have to open?
There was a large conflict today about who said what etc. etc. etc.
and an appointment was missed.
So my need to get this working soon is very important.
Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I am not very
educated in using any kind of policies, but I am willing to learn.
Thanks for any help.
