Hello, I was hoping someone could help me with a simple problem that I'm stumped on... With to add a form in a cell that must remain 34 pixels in height... however, using Dreamweaver and adding the form expands the height of the cell dramatically!

How can I keep this from happening?

Also, I am linking to a file like this in the form:

<form method="post" action="https://test.domain.com/bd/order/index.php">

When the form is submitted I need it to open a new window rather than staying in the same window, any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.
