I have a vintage computer website I am maintaining with FrontPage and was
wondering if there wasn't a better to way to organized the data with Access.
A big part of my website is the stats, descriptions and photos of my 300+
computers. It seems tailor made for a MS Access database to track my
collection. My question concerns the possibility of somehow exporting the
Access database to my website. When a visitor selects a computer to look at
I would like a dynamically created, standardized web page to be created and
displayed for them. This would greatly simplify my maintenance and would
allow me to add more detail. I may be asking to much of the tools I have
but thought I would float the question.

Thanks,
Nick

MS Access is not really suitable for such an application. Look into Apache
Web Server and a MySQL database. If you must go with Access, you will need to
learn ASP, Vbscript, Javascript and HTML. Esentially you read the database
and dynamically build the web pages. Its not a trivial matter. There might be
out of the box solutions you can just buy.
