I am trying to create my first website. I want to use it to display my
photographs. I have created the first page, which is structure for the
entire site. How can I add other pages to the site using this first page as a
template ?

TIA.

Earl

If you're using FrontPage 2003, use a Dynamic Web Template, which you can
create from the page. See the help for details.

The dynamic web template is most likely the way to go. To be honest, though,
what I've done in the past is to sort of strip out all the content that makes
the front page (the one you want to use as the 'template') specifically for
use AS the front page (ie, everything that isn't part of what would make a
template), and then saved that stripped version as "template" or "newpage" or
something like that. Then I just open it when I need a new page, and "save
as" whatever name I want the new page, then modify it to suit my needs.

You can also mark the template so that it's not uploaded to your website, if
you want to.

For a small site, it's perfectly acceptable. There are probably some
significant advantages to using dynamic templates for larger sites.
