Newbie help please. How to insert/retrive photo .jpg from sql2k

Hello,

I am look at trying to insert a .jpg into a sql2k db and then retrieving
it. Does anyone have an example on how to insert a .jpg into sql2k? Can I
get a sample on how to retrieve the file and display it from sql2k. Thanks
in advance.
