New Windows XP computer and I can't seem to find where to change the screen
resolution besides the display properties. My 9x computer let me, in the
display props, put a tray icon in the system tray so it only took 2 clicks
to change resolution. I think it's stinky that Win XP doesn't allow
different screen rez per winuser and the only way around it would be that 9x
tray icon w/o entering display props all the time. I've been through the
display props tabs and advanced buttons and just can't find it! Oh, AGP 4x
128meg Nvidia card and all attendant drivers; PnP 19" monitor.
Any suggestions? Ken.

Hi Ken,

Display Resolution and Color Depth Settings Apply to All Users
http://support.microsoft.com/directory/article.asp?ID=KB;EN-US;Q281565

This applet allows each separate user of a Windows XP computer to have
her/his separate settings for the display resolution, color depth and
refresh rate.

When Fast User Switching is used, the display settings change automatically
when switching among users.
