I will be creating a database , nothing special , the problem is I will need
to import some excel spreadsheet data (about 150 sheetswith 200 to 400 lines
) all of the sheets have the same format, with data begining on line 5 , is
their a way to automate this process, so I don't have to manualy import each
sheet.

Yes but it would involve writing a VBA routine, there's nothing out of the
box that will do it for you.
