newb question

I just started using WinXp and MSIE6 with Outlook Express 6...
My first few posts to a news group went ok, but the last two or three are
not visible.
I get responds to my post and I can see their post on the list, (and my
previous posts) --its just the last two or three which are invisible to me.
What? I don't even know where to start looking....
Hints? Suggestions?

First, make sure you give the posts a little time to show up -- sometimes
they take a few minutes to appear. Second, make sure you've downloaded all
the latest headers.

Yes to waiting... I'm talking about a period of three days and new post
(replies to my invisable posts) show up fine. There is a thread of 12 posts
(approx) and my earlier posts do show ok, it is the last 3 which do not
show.
Are there possible settings in "Reply Group" which I am not seeing?

Go to View-Current View, check "View All messages" and also "View Replies to
my messages". That will show your messages up.
