New XP Security Patch

Greetings!
Tonight I heard that MS released a new security patch to resolve the flaw
announced on July 17, 2003. I have had a hard time finding it, even after
visiting the MS KB, this NG, and others.
Does anyone have the link to the patch?

Suggest you look in C:\Windows to see if there is a folder for KB823980$. If
there is, you already have the patch installed.
 
You are right! I have never used windows explorer. I use a file manager
program that shows everything - by default.
