Hi,
I just started volunteering at a non-profit and they
needed four new XP Pro machines added to the Win2k
domain, which until now only has Win 98 machines. The
Win 98 machines are registered to a workgroup instead of
the domain, but use logins from the domain.
When I try to log on to the new XP machines using a
domain login I sometimes get the following error:
The domain RESOLUTION is not avaiable.
Now, the domain is available from the Win 98 machines and
if I just log on to the XP machines with a local account
and map to a share on the domain server using a domain
account, it works.
Can someone point me in the right direction so I can get
all the machines logged on to domain?
Thanks in advance,
Judd Hardy
