New wireless keyboard

I installed a new wireless keyoard and mouse. Mouse works
just fine but cant get the keyboard to work. I had to use
my old one to type this. Keyboard-no lights no nothing.

If the regular keyboard works, and the wireless doesn't - that's HARDWARE.

Make sure there is no "connect" button on the keyboard that synchs it with
the base/// If there is - synch it.

Check the batteries..

Try it on another computer..

Bring it back as defective..
