I'm new on computers and have no idea how to install the
new download they sent me i keep getting error couldn't
find path message

I'm not sure what you are referring to but I don't think
Microsoft generally sends people updates, go to
windowsupdate.com to get them. If you are recieving
e-mails that claim to be from Microsoft and have
attachments in the 140-160k range (I get several a day),
those are virii or a trojan horse. If you ran any of them,
you need to check your computer. Trend Micro offers a free
online virus scan and you can download a pretty good free
anti-virus program from grisoft.com. Don't trust e-mail,
because I could send you an e-mail right now saying it was
from (e-mail address removed)

You should go to windows messenger home page,as it advis-
es to do,"run in open mode" to install, not to dwnload
then install.Besides that, microsoft doesnt "send" any
files or upgrades to any system,be carefull, make sure
its genuine.

Donald;
Was a patch sent to you?
