new window will not open

Sometimes when i click on a link the new window does not
open. I have noticed this most often when i am playing a
game at the yahoo website and try to view another players
profile. It makes a sound like it is opening but nothing
does. I have noticed it in other places too.

1. Click [Start] [Run] type:
(Press Enter after each command)
Regsvr32 /i URLMON.DLL
Regsvr32 actxprxy.dll
Regsvr32 shdocvw.dll

2. Restart Windows
3. Open IE [Tools] [nternet Options] [Programs] [Reset Web Settings]
