I'm setting up a new Win2000 domain server and during a
recent test when trying to logon using a win nt 4.0
workstation I get the error message no domain server
located using cache info.
However I can browse the network shares on the new Win 2k
machine and the NT 4.0 workstation is able to change
access the domain server to change the users password.
The domain server and nt workstation are on a switch by
themselves for testing.
I have tested the same setup with a Win2000 PC and it does
not recevice the No domain server message when logging on.
The NT workstation has the proper LMHosts settings to see
the domain server as well.
