New VPN Server Setup and Failed Connections

Here's my Setup, I have a Windows 2k3 Server Behind a Netgear Router, along
side 4 client computers.

Its my first time setting up VPN- so I'm not sure if this is do-able or not,
but, I thought I'd give it a shot.

I only have one NIC in the server, maybe that's the problem with all of
this- I can't seem to find any definiative way to set this up... I've gone
through Routing and Remote Access Wizard- Set up VPN, and also Configured the
DHCP Relay Agent which I'm assuming needs to point to my Netgear Router
running DHCP.

After all is said and done with, trying to connect internally to the I get
an Error on my workstation "Error Code 733: A Connection to the remote
computer could not be completed...", and in my server logs, is Event ID
20050: "The user {domain)\(user) connected to port (port number) has been
disconnected because no network protocols were successfully negotiated."

Anybody that might be able to provide some insight on setting this up would
be much appreciated.

Thank-You

one nic is OK. quoted from http://www.ChicagoTech.net
Error 733: the PPP control protocol for this network protocol is not
available on the server.

Resolution:
1) Ensure that the TCP/IP protocol is installed on your RAS server and that
the TCP/IP protocol is selected in the Server Settings of the Network
Configuration option of the Remote Access Setup dialog.
2) If you have the "Use DHCP to assign remote TCP/IP client addresses"
option selected for the TCP/IP protocol in the RAS Server Settings, then
ensure that you have installed DHCP and that it is not disabled.
3) Ensure that all of the bindings for TCP/IP are enabled in the Bindings
tab of the Network dialog of the Control Panel. Be sure to inspect the
TCP/IP Protocol and WINS Client (TCP/IP) bindings for all adapters, all
protocols, and all services. If the TCP/IP bindings are corrupt, you may
have to reinstall TCP/IP and or RAS in order to clean up the bindings.

I have verified all the connection settings as you specified. I'm having
addresses be assigned from a Static pool.

I'm still getting the same error.

Do I have to have a DHCP Relay agent setup? What settings should I have for
IP Routing? If any...

Also, I've tried re-installing my nic to take care of any corrupt settings.
One thing that changed is when I go to "Disable Routing and Remote Access" so
I can re-do the configuration process- instead of actually erasing my
settings as it warns me about, It just disables the service... and it still
gives me the option to disable RRAS (even though its disabled in the service
manager).

Is there a way re-set/re-install this?

Thanks for your help...
