Hi all,

I've just received what I thought to be a 64-bit upgrade dvd from Moduslink
(I had XP x64 installed on my computer). All the ordering thru Moduslink
indicates a 64-bit copy, and the packing list also shows "WIN VISTA BUS 64BIT
EN PUP DVD".

However, when I tried to upgrade using this DVD and the attached product
key, it says upgrade is not available unless I'm running XP sp2 or Vista. It
only allows me to do an "Install (advanced)" into a separate drive/directory.

My question is, did Moduslink screwed up and gave me a 32bit Vista
DVD/product key instead of a 64bit one? Or, should I just go Install and
things will just work? The label with the product key only says "Windows
Vista Business OEM Software Express Upgrade" with no mention of x64 anywhere
on the DVD/DVD labeling.

Thanks!

Oops, please ignore.

Just found out from the Vista pages that I can only do a clean install from
x64 to x64, not an upgrade.
